The Project Manager
AIM assigns a Project Manager to each Project [stack monitoring system, emissions controls system, instrument development project, etc]. This Project Manager is ultimately responsible to insure that not only the contract is met, but in addition, that the customer satisfied, and he/she has the ability to requisition additional resources if and when required.

Types of Support

  1. Detailed Operations and Maintenance MANUAL with every shipment, including installation, set-up, operations, maintenance and troubleshooting details and complete site specific documentation.
     
  2. We offer free Training at time of final system check-out, at our facility.
     
  3. We offer Installation & assistance, and on-site training.
     
  4. We offer telephonic, fax, e-mail and modem troubleshooting and assistance.
     
  5. We offer one year service contracts, renewable.
     
  6. We offer both emergency and routine field service support where someone goes out to the field to assist.
     
  7. Over 50% of our staff are available to provide field support if/when needed!
